We operate as a single-source trade partner, coordinating turnkey structural wood and metal framing, trusses, tie-down systems, drywall, insulation, exterior cladding, windows and patio doors, painting, cabinets and countertops, and firewall assemblies under one disciplined execution strategy.

At Avonce Construction Group, every project begins with a disciplined approach to preparation. We perform a comprehensive review of the contract, project plans, specifications, submittals, RFI’s, and compliance requirements (including FHA/ADA standards) to ensure full alignment before execution begins.
Within our core structural framing scope, we develop detailed shop drawings to drive accuracy, constructability, and field coordination.
This same level of preconstruction rigor is applied across all scopes, enabling early conflict resolution, optimized sequencing, and consistent execution from structure through finishes.
